First Two Important Changes From Last Year: The Symposium has moved
to a new location, the Wyndham Orange County which is located next to
the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa. Second,

The December 4th speakers are Frank Van Nostrand from the Social
Security Administration and Joe Ford from the Veterans Administration.

for the SS Administration, valuable practice tools for defining

navigate through the Veteran's administration.
The January 8th speakers are attorneys Wendy Hartmann, Diane Abbitt
and Fay Blix.

changes and proposed issues that affect elderly couples over 62 and
same sex partners, 2007 California tax law changes affecting
registered domestic partners (RDPs), community property and family
law rules impacting RDPs, estate and trust planning considerations,
legal issues facing unregistered relationships, tools to help
identify competency problems with clients, how to address them with
clients and Medi-Cal eligibility and estate recovery rule updates for
California.
