I have enough Material/Equipment to open a Model RR Museum/Gift/Hobbyshop and I can't afford a Building.. Any Suggestions???

Conneaut, OH LS&MS [NYC] freight depot
Sunday's Star Beacon Neighborhoods section [p.12] detailed the work by the Conneaut Historical Society in converting freight depot [circa 1879] to a museum.
