sorry for the typo...<br>let's hear from you when
you get a chance!!<br><br>as to my jewelry designs,
i'll try to find a site that doesn't charge for
listing, however gets a percentage of the sales only. Do
you have any such sites that you could recommend?
Well, it's been months I didn't have a single
sale at Amazon's zShop... Last year i gave it a try
and was getting orders. I'm contacting them to close
shop there... also, the auctions i notice don't get
any bids! I checked the auctions of other independent
owners affiliated with Amazon and the same story, no
bids at all....<br><br>I'm quite successful now with
Yahoo Auctions.<br><br>what's your experience with
online stores/auctions? Let's here your comments and
suggestions!<br><br><a href=http://auctions.yahoo.com/booth/alpaluran

Hi,<br>What a great product you have for
auction!! I'm sure you'll do very well!<br>I don't have any
experience with auctions. I just have a zShop store. However
after reading your message, i tried amazon.com's
auctions feature and posted 3 items. I'll see how that
would go.<br><br>I hope one of our members would be
able to help you.<br><br>good

Hi, I am the new user of zshop. I just receive
one order from the auction....duh...then what should
I do? I am still trying to get used to the system
and layout there. Can any experienced user give me
some advise?<br><br>By the way, I am selling very
unique products there besides world of products, all at

I have a zShop with Amazon and what i like about
it is that without any advertising i get orders. I
have variety of items. As to Marketplace, i had only
few items and the fee is much higher. <br><br>I have
so far some 150 items (it's a sideline and i don't
have much time to post...). Today i got an order for
educational cassette/book set. <br><br>I have looked into
eBay stores and compared to Amazon's it doesn't have a
nice store-front capability. Also the monthly basic
fee is about 9.99 + per item you'll be charges
5cents. As to Amazon they allow you to add 40,000 items!!
I believe nothing beats that. I wish i had more
time to add items! <br><br>I do believe that
Amazon.com isn't making any serious attempt to clarify and
market the zShops. However so far without advertising i
have received orders (i started end of Oct 01).
<br><br>If I get to squeeze in some time, i would like to
start a zShops guide. In the meantime those of our
members that like to have their site added to my shopping
website, let me know. It is located at
<a href=http://www.maxpages.com/gifts
target=new>http://www.maxpages.com/gifts</a><br><br>That's my way of helping out
market our members' sites.
<br><br>keep in touch and good luck!
Hi Paul and everyone,<br><br>I started a zShop
nearly three weeks ago. I must say that my experience
has been mixed.<br><br>I initially started out as a
simple Marketplace shop which initially worked out
fairly well. However, as time went on I have begun to
notice problems.<br><br>I'm troubled by the strangely
inconsistent time that it takes for changes to my account
take. Sometimes a newly listed item is available for
sale within an hour or two. Other times it takes
days.<br><br>I have recently decided to upgrade to a zShop and
pay the $39.99 as I have managed to make nearly 60
sales since three weeks. I think I can clearly say that
my service performance has dropped DRAMATICALLY!
<br><br>In order to switch my inventory from the $0.99 per
item fee to just the 15% commission, I have to
completely rip out my 250+ inventory and re-add. What a
major pain. That was 24 hours ago. These items have
still not appeared and I'm still getting dinged $0.99
for each existing item I had.<br><br>I called their
800 number and talked to a zShop customer service
person who was complete CLUELESS!! She couldn't (or
wouldn't) give me any logical reason as to why it was
taking days to accomplish what, by all reason, should
take seconds.<br><br>I surmise that it is some sort of
anti-competition tactic on Amazon against their own Client
Merchants just so they retain an edge. I'm thinking
seriously of leaving Amazon and going to half.com or eBay
shops!<br><br>Additionally, my storefront has yet to become fully
operational. I had made the change on Tuesday, and immediately
made all my color choices and logo placements and
published the page. Yet, as you might see if you click
below, it's still the same old generic useless
storefront.<br><br>I'm begininng to wonder what the hell I am paying
for. I was actually better off as a Marketplace
merchant. :(<br><br>Pissed in

I used the bulk loader for two items just to test
it and the first time, it failed. I just tried it
again (no change to input file) and it worked fine.
Amazon's systems seem to be a little slow to process, but
it did work.
I just set-up an Amazon.com zShop a few days ago
and I've only loaded a few items. I need to do quite
a bit more work on it. Of course, there have been
no sales and I can't tell if there's been traffic or
not. Does anyone know how to tell if there has been
any traffic in a zShop? Currently, I only run
auctions on eBay and it is hit-or-miss.
Well, i hear that as of 18 June eBay will lounch
it's stores, like Amazon's zShops. I hope eBay will do
much better job that Amazon in making it prominant and
visible for buyers. I'm quite disappointed that people
would find zShops by chance...<br>How is it going for
you with Amazon.com? Do you have eBay presence? let
us know.<br>Have a great Father's Day today. I hope
it's sunny where you are, as it's pouring here in NY!
From your Seller account, select "Download
fulfillment and listings reports," under the heading "View
Items". Then click on Generate Reports, sign in with your
password, and click the "Yes" radio button under the "Open
Listings Report" heading. You'll then need to click
preview and then "generate report." <br><br>Pro Merchant

An hour ago i did a similar posting and i see it
has disappeared from this msg board!!!<br><br>Well,
here is what i wanted to let you know:<br><br>I found
out a new feature that amazon.com has, which i don't
ever <br>recall mentioned in their e-mails (unless
they send to my yahooo e-mail and <br>goes in bulk
mail, which i automatically delete).<br><br>Anyway, i
found out a feature that just in case you're not aware
of <br>would be good to know about. They now have
discussion boards. As i <br>stumbled upon it, i tried to
find it from scratch and it was very time
<br>consuming. <br>after finding it, i copied the URL and here
is the
link:<br><br><a href=http://amazon.remarq.com/list/2962249?

days?<br><br>In the future i'll try
to have a website dedicated to zShops, where with
members' permission will add your link at
Amazon.com<br><br>looking forward to hear from you

Hi members,<br><br>how is everyone doing these
days?<br><br>Recently by chance i found out that Amazon.com has started
a discussion board. Today i tried to find it again,
however it took me a long time to track it! here is the
URL that i copied (after deleting my idcode(justin
case it wouldn't work for you) and here it
is:<br><br><a href=http://amazon.remarq.com/list/2962249?
target=new>http://amazon.remarq.com/list/2962249?</a><br><br>there, someone else
has started a thread and is trying
to get all zShop owners(?) sellers at Amazon.com to
unite and bring problems to the attention of Amazon's
management and solve problems.<br><br>i wish Amazon
advertised better their new tools...<br><br>looking forward
to hear from you
all!<br><br>regards,<br>Lucine<br><br><a

how is your biz at Amazon.com?<br><br>by the way
people aren't aware that Amazon.com has independent
store owners under the zShops! it's news to people,
when i mention it to them. i guess the money for ad
dried out?<br><br>i noticed that they have raised a lot
the max amount of items you could sell! <br><br>does
anyone bulk-upload their products? i had difficulty with
it. will soon give it another try and get back to
you.<br><br><a href=http://www.amaxon.com/shops/tegnazian

Sometime in Jan i received an e-mail from
Amazon.com that they would introduce changes in uploading
info to zShops. However to this date it hasn't
happened :)<br>I'm a bit disappointed as i still get tons
of e-mail saying the posting of my item has ended...
it's a nuisance when you've got over 100+ items and to
get the notice of expiration after 2wks of posting!!
I hope they would move faster on this...<br>What's
your opinion about it? Do you feel a bit frustrated
about this feature? I also don't like the fact that
shoppers would order one item at a time, instead of
multiple item processing.<br>What's your opinion and
experience? I will send them an e-mail about my impatience...
i hope many zShop owners would do so too :)
Hi Mix!<br><br>First, I would like to welcome to
you to our Club and thank you for joining! I will
certainly visit your site soon. Thanks also for the
encouragement!<br>I got a lot of work ahead of me, taking photos of
stuff i have made and add also other items i believe
would interest my visitors.<br>Have you tried
Amazon.com? Are you happy with Yahoo?<br><br>Wishing you and
everyone in our Club a very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous
2001!! Tomorrow we'll get hit by snow-storm here in
NY!!<br><br>Lucine<br><a href=http://www.amazon.com/shops/tegnazian

Well, Amazon now has it's own branded credit
card!<br><br>Does anyone have it or thinks of having one?<br><br>I
was thinking of having it to use exclusively for
online purchases and keep my other one for traditional
store shopping. This way i'll be able to keep track of
online transactions, specially the fear of hackers
getting hold of your account...
It was great to receive the book on time! My son was so excited to have
it!<br>Yes, i'll purchase from Amazon.com!<br><br>Just wanted to let you
know!<br><br>Have a great New Year!!
For the first time, 2days ago i ordered a book
from one of the zShop owners at Amazon. My son needed
a certain title urgently. I love the ease by which
i placed the order and got a confirmation from the
seller. The book should come anyday now!<br>Will keep you
posted.
Let us know what you are selling at Amazon. The
latest additions.<br><br>If you are a buyer, what you
are looking for? Did you find it on Amazon? If not,
what else would you like sold there?<br><br>If you
aren't Amazon buyer or seller. Would you think of
joining Amazon.com? Let us know when you join!
Two days ago I sent two more e-mails to Amazon
(in the help section there is a list). One to the
Sellers related e-mail and the other to feedback (with
response requested) e-mail.<br><br>Two days have passed
and no response yet!!!<br><br>I am thinking of
contacting Consumer affairs or Better business bureau. Any
suggestions?
My other problem with the zShops is
technical.<br><br>I had a problem of getting loged-off AOL (at
home)<br>and the same problem at work (it's a major
organization). Also, my problem was confirmed by other friends
that checked out my new zShops store at
Amazon.<br><br>I contacted them. I must say they were promt in
responding. They asked me to clean my cache. I did. However,
the problem persisted. I contacted again. They wanted
me to give a list of when it was happening. As AOL
without any details was kicking me out, i started
browsing by Netscape.<br>Thank God, at Netscape when it
gave "illegal operation" it also gives the details.
So, each time it happened i copied the "details" as
i'm not a technical person and compiled a list of
some 6 (yes it is extremely annoying and waste of time
each an everytime to try to log on...)<br>However,
it's been a week and no response. Not even an
acknowledgement of it....<br><br>Does anyone have that problem? I
tried other zShops and i see it isn't a problem just
with my
store....<br><br>Lucine<br><a href=http://www.amazon.com/shops/tegnazian

Dear members,<br><br>I gave Amazon.com a try two
months ago. The main feature i liked about them was that
they would process the credit card payments for me. As
it is a sideline biz for now, i just didn't want to
be bothered with the hustle of processing, also at
this early stage such an expense isn't
justified.<br><br>It took me a while to get used to their features and
get the hang of opening our store. Then i was
pleasantly surprised to get orders! However, there is one
problem, a major one. All those transactions that they
promptly notified me of being processed are not reflected
in my checking account. Yes, i did give them the
correct account where they could deposit it. This past
two weeks I have already sent them several e-mails,
however they are not responding at all. They don't even
acknowledge receipt!! That i must say is the worst thing any
biz would ever do... <br><br>I don't know what to do
at this point. They don't even have a phone # or
address that i could contact them directly (that's
another no-no for such a huge enterprise...) or perhaps
i'm not able to locate it on their site? Perhaps some
of you know about it and could help me
out.<br><br>By the way yesterday i had received an e-mail from a
newsgroup and (it seems it's closed) and there was mention
about Amazon.com having many problems with the zShops.
As it isn't a functioning club, i got encouraged to
start this club. It gave me the impression that i
wasn't the only one having problems.<br><br>So this is
the #1 problem.<br>(it isn't resolved yet....) i'll
send them another one.<br><br>I'll post my second
problem following this message
posting.<br><br>Lucine<br><a href=http://1001gifts.homestead.com/test.html

Welcome "dcp_enterprises" and "mcrawf10" to the
zShops Club.<br>Please feel free to introduce yourself,
your biz or if you are a shoper at Amazon.com, what
was your experience there. Not an Amazon.com shoper?
No problem, just let us know what you are looking
for and perhaps in the future when our club
membership grows, those who could find what you need might
help you out.<br><br>Got a biz site? don't hesitate to
add in the links area.<br><br>Welcome and looking

readily
clickable).<br><br>Lucine<br><a href=http://www.amazon.com/shops/tegnazian
