Thank you for your offer. Should I write an article not to be published
elsewhere or listed on my web I will submit. Normally I retain
copyright with full use rights for my articles and I publish them on my
web and many other locations. What I will do is distribute this email
thread to our PMI chapter discussion group and a couple of other groups
(BCC), you may find someone who wishes to submit for publication under
