1.) Enter the establishment, making a visual survey so that the music survey
can be completed after exiting
2.) Record the occupancy posting (if more than one room or floor, there may
be several postings); if none, estimate square footage
3.) Pick up promotional materials, if any (i.e. calendars, flyers, etc.), as this will assist in completing the survey
4.) Take 3 exterior digital pictures (preferably in the daylight):
Front of building, include signage / Signage (name and marquee) (If stand alone building, side angle picture of building)
5.) If possible take 2 pictures of interior of location.
6.) Report - takes 5 minutes to fill out.
