Hi Shoppers,

 

I am seeking bank shoppers who are based in Arkansas . We have 80 to 85 locations from the North to the South and in between, throughout the entire state.

 
Here are the details about the shops: 
 
1) The shopper will go to the receptionist or teller line and ask for information about a service, typically, a checking or a savings account. 

 
2) The shopper will be referred to the new accounts desk and should answer 
any questions. The shoppers do not need to prepare in any way. These are 
simple inquiries and the shopper does not need to know anything about the bank's services. If the shopper is not referred to the new accounts desk they should go there on their own.

3) There is a form for the teller and a form for the new accounts person that 
the shopper fills out. 

4) For the next rounds of shops, we'd like to have them completed in January and February 2009.

5) We pay $14 per visit plus 42¢ per mile. We do have a reasonable limit on mileage. 

6) We prefer adults over age 25. We'd like a mix of age groups, male/female, etc. 

7) Most shoppers tell us they are in and out in about 10 to15 minutes. 

8) If there is a long wait, we ask that the shopper stay 20 minutes, leave the bank and call our 800 number  for further instructions. 

9) Normally, completed forms are faxed back to us. We reimburse for any of these charges. 

10) If a shopper likes the bank's services, they may return and open an account! The bank welcomes your business. 

11) We can have the same shopper return to the branches in the future.  Some shop visits are ongoing every few weeks or months.
