Hi,

I have been checking out this software to see if it will fit my needs
and have a question.

When I get a call from a new customer/hostess, I need to send them
catalogs/information right away (off the mass mailing list). Is there
a place to record what I've mailed them.

Also, is there anywhere to put notes about what you've done with the
hostess as far as "coaching" goes, such as when you've called them,
when when the invites went out, etc.

Is there a way to set reminders to call hostesses, mail invites, place
orders, etc?
