Bookings are simply new show/parties.  Be sure the hostesses name is in
the database, then create a show for the new date.

I download this program and gave it a good test drive today. I figured
that with the import export feature it would be easy to have the

get it to work on my windows vista laptop. It asks me which program to
open this file with. I tell it to use access. access opens and then
freezes. any ideas?

How do I add bookings to a party?  I see where you can put in how many
were booked, but then when I hit the booking button, it shows none.
How do I associate bookings with the hostess? I'm totally lost.  Any

Hi,

I have been checking out this software to see if it will fit my needs
and have a question.

When I get a call from a new customer/hostess, I need to send them
catalogs/information right away (off the mass mailing list).  Is there
a place to record what I've mailed them.

Also, is there anywhere to put notes about what you've done with the
hostess as far as "coaching" goes, such as when you've called them,
when when the invites went out, etc.

Is there a way to set reminders to call hostesses, mail invites, place
orders, etc?

looks great for the direct sales/home business.  I do have a question
though...When you input contacts, can you print labels only on certain
ones?  I'd like to group them for different mailings.  Does that make

The program was not designed specifically for clothing in which there
are sizes to track.  The future version will have this capability.
