This is a place where professionals can come together to network, share, mentor, learn, in a safe, classy, respectful enviroment. If you have alot to offer or alot to learn you are welcome here. No sincere question is too frivolous and anything that is requiring private response will be treated as such. We encourage lively exchange of ideas and opinions but will not tolerate lecturing, bashing, judging, nor will we tolerate those few noisy people who tend to dominate lists with their absolute knowledge on every subject no name calling no slander. I find so many lists with many members whose voice is not heard due to overcontrolling peoples posts or too much favoritism and "ganging up on someone." I am eager to hear from people who are kind, considerate, knowledgeble, helpful and I hope you are all too. Lets make this group a fun place, where it is ok to be silent sometimes, and ok to joke [in a classy way]. Feel free to share news, legal issues pertaining to our industry, advertise for subcontractors, offer assistance, feel free to be YOU, to share you web pages, your ideas, your concerns, passions, what bugs you, just remember everyone has a voice, everyone is important, don't overreact, ask for clarification, be sure you understand what the other person is saying before you judge and post in a publically offensive way. I am pretty easy going, but if I think someone is deliberately starting arguments, or badgering people I will remove them otherwise I will just encourage private resolution.

I don't know about you but after watching some of the lists these past months, I am ready for a nationwide list that everyone feels welcome to share. Please feel free to make suggestions, offer criticism, my ego is small enough to handle it.
