	 12+  Experience on enterprise level systems projects in the Information
Technology (IT) industry including end to end experience on two or more
enterprise data warehouse projects.
	 8+  Technical management / team leadership experience for teams of 4 or more
	 8+  Data Warehousing data population techniques for target structures such as
Star Schemas, Snowflake Schemas, and highly normalized data models in
conjunction with 3 or more years experience with GUI based ETL tools such as
Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, or Abinitio.
	 8+  Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server implementation experience.
	 8+  Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, or MicroStrategy implementation
experience.
	 8+  Knowledge of data warehouse design and implementation process, from
business requirements through logical modeling, physical database design, data
sourcing and data transformation, data loading, SQL, end-user tools, database
and SQL performance tuning.
	 7+  Experience with data warehouse/business intelligence projects, including
experience on at least 2 data warehousing projects

successful implementation and customization of our SugarCRM.  Currently using it
