PropertytMarketing Mission:

This groups is here to provide a SPAM-Free environment where investors can discuss and share ideas, property listings, real-estate-related products or services, problems, questions or related topics with other investors from all over the US, Canada and other parts of the world; and serve as a clearinghouse for those seeking to locate properties from anywhere in the United States. Although participants and properties from outside the US are not prohibited, they are not the focus of this group.

If you own a house and need to sell, are currently in acquisition mode, looking for real estate information, have questions or problems or you’re just curious, this is the place for you. Whether you’re brand new or a 20-year veteran, we can all share this space.

If, however, you want to sell unrelated products or services, your emails will not be posted and you will be banned from the group. This group is fully moderated and all emails must be approved prior to being posted to the group. Spamming will not be tolerated.

All postings must be signed by the sender. The name of the person sending the email must appear at or near the bottom of each email or it will be rejected by the moderator.
