RambusInvestors was established November 29, 2007: 1) to provide Rambus shareholders an internet based repository for uploading and sharing court documents and other files related to Rambus's complex litigation, and 2) to understand the foundational technology upon which modern DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) is based upon, 3) to better understand how critical aspects of DRAM technology created solely by Rambus, Inc. and widely adopted throughout the semiconductor industry was a watershed event in solving the late 1980's "Memory bottle-neck" in DRAM technology, and beyond.

With resolution to litigation related to defending Rambus's right to be compensated for use of its intellectual property; this group room may serve in the future as a means to bring what began as a Rambus investor community together by offering ease of communication between members herein.
