Staffcentrix principals Christine Durst, who appears regularly on CNN as an Internet-fraud expert, and ex-Wall Street lawyer Michael Haaren produce the bulletin, with Haaren as editor. (Chris and Mike, who design and deliver virtual-career training programs for the US State Department and other clients, also appear often elsewhere in the media as experts on the telework jobs movement and home-based microentrepreneurship, including ABC News 20/20, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Consumers Digest, and many more.)
The bulletin is published biweekly, with each issue carrying a variety of screened job leads and freelance projects. These are embargoed from the main RatRaceRebellion.com jobs page for seven days, to give subscribers an advantage.
Employers often include Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller firms, universities, etc. Jobs range from management-level positions to customer service representatives, tutors and teachers, translators, Internet researchers, freelance writers, and the IT and health care sectors. Also included are recruiting announcements, interviews with hirers, authors and others related to the work-from-home movement, book reviews, reports on telework trends, etc.
