Title: HR Compliance Manager
Location: Northern New Jersey
Human Resources Compliance Manager will lead the Affirmative
Action/EEO strategies and initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Prepare annual EEO-1 and VETS-100 reports. Prepare additional government
reports as needed
* Develop affirmative action plans and workplace diversity.
* Implement reporting and audit procedures to measure the effectiveness of
programs and goal attainment.
* Assist with presentation of company responses to OFCCP and EEO charges.
* Audit and maintain accurate data, records and files.
The
ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing AAPs and
experience in the preparation of Vets-100
and EEO-1 reports.
