Hi Simonida,
I believe that one suite is $6500 and the other is $5800, but it would be
best to check with the property manager (Alison) at 415-285-1212. One suite
is slightly bigger than the other and comes with furnishings and a phone
system, etc.

Shipping & Fulfillment Leads?
Hi,
I am a local artist (San Francisco) looking for a
company who can cover shipping and order fulfillment for a commission I am
working on. The project entails shipping to individual customers on an
order of pins and pendants designed to raise money fro Breast Cancer, with
quantities starting around 25,000. I will supply the jewelry. I
need them to pack and ship. Does anyone know anyone they trust for this
type of work? I can be reached by email at info@aimeegolant.com or by phone at
415-682-7128. Any leads on this would be greatly appreciated.

Happy New
Year! We hope you had a chance to relax as much as we did over the
holiday season.
As some of you
know David Casella and I will be
getting married this September. We are both metal artists and love what
we do, and we love doing it together. So, as of January 8th,
David and I have rented a commercial metal art studio space in San Francisco. We
are in an upstairs office above a shared fully equipped large scale
metalsmithing shop with—welders, an English wheel, a power hammer
etc…. We overlook the metal studio on one side and the bay on the
other. Combined with our own large scale tools, this will allow us to
create custom gates, banisters, and decorative metal work. I hope to
venture into larger Judaic installations, like the ark for the Torah, Nir Tamid
etc…. For now our smaller scale metal art, jewelry and enameling
studio will remain in the garage space at our San Francisco home. We will keep you
posted on our progress as we move in and get settled into making art!!!
We love hearing
from you, so please keep us posted on how you are doing. Again, Happy New
Year!

50 Henry St., S.F. (Between Noe & Sanchez)
For the unveiling of the Jill of All Trades Classroom
Please take a moment to come by to see the class room and bring your home maintenance questions.
I look forward to seeing all of you.
As most of you know I have been working very hard to get the classroom ready for the launch of the classes that are scheduled to start in Jan.07. Please forward this email to anyone you know who would be interested in either teaching a class or taking a class. I am currently looking for contractors and handypersons qualified to teach. Classes will include Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Tile, Painting, use of tools and other specific skills related to home maintenance.
