My name is Rhett Kelley. I am originally from Florida and come from a rich cattle ranching heritage. I make bullwhips, snakewhips, Aussie stockwhips, and specialize in plaiting the legendary Florida Cow Whip. I work mostly with nylon, but I am about to start offering cow whips made from deer hide, cowhide, and kangaroo.
