I got a new email address and forgot to change it. not wonder i was
getting emails...hahahahaha...
Anyways I do not remember having a near death. But my grandma did
and she felt comfortable enough to tell me. I think I was the only
one she told and I think she knew at some point I would understand.
I was with my grandparents when they were told the news. She cancer.
I was around 15-16 when she had surgery for that cancer in her. I
remember them saying that it would be 4 hours long but it took 8
hours.
I remember going with my grandfather to visit her when she was out of
ICU.. I was nerious and scared. She told me that she had seen a
white light and that there was a man, he had told her to go back, but
she didn't want to. He told her that she had to cause she still had
works to do.
I remember not feeling well and passed out in the hospital. Boy was
she mad at me. hahahaha. I also think that is was the shock of
seeing her with all the tubes. and I don't think I had had lunch.
My grandma lived two more years after that.
I got a call at work that I need to come home asap. So I tried to
get there but she had already passes away. I wish I knew then what
I know know and I won't have been scared and I would have kissed my
grandma good bye.
She belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star. They gave a beautiful
service for my beloved grandmother.
It has been 26 years since her death and I still miss her around
christmas time.
