This group is associated with St Basil the Great, A Roman Catholic Parish in Brecksville, Ohio.

The mission of this group is to assist and support our parishioners and others to obtain gainful and/or suitable employment. The main focus of this ministry is to foster networking, identify new job opportunities, and provide outplacement training. We collaborate with other parishes and are connected with several other local employment support resources.


This Job Search Support Group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 7pm.

Membership is open to anyone who attends a first meeting; you will then receive an invitation to join.

The meetings are structured with a six part outplacement training program addressing the emotional issues of transition, resumé construction, self-marketing, networking, interviewing and selected topics relevant to the final stages of search and landing. This portion of our meetings repeats every 6 sessions. Each of these sessions is about 45 min. to 1 hour, of the 2 to 2-1/2 hours spent at each meeting.
