My Eighth Edition (1964) covers it just a little (it has more pages on bessemer process). They are both in the same chapter called Pneumatic Processes.

Out of the 1000+ page seventh edition there is 3/4 of a page devoted to the BOF process. When my fifth edition was published the only thing we were blowing...
