Our main objective is to educate and network real estate investors. New investors will get information and the mentoring on how to find the "Good Deals" and invest with "NO MONEY DOWN" and/or how to generate income wholesaling investment properties to local and national investors. Seasoned investors will have the opportunity to learn more about how and where to maximize your investments on a local and national level.

We are looking for REO wholesalers and private lenders who have a 401k or IRA or other funds and would like to get 6% to 12% return on their money.
