What are the email guidelines for this group?
-All emails must be sent from members only.
-Emails must fall in line with the group’s mission and vision as well as supporting our theme to: meet, inspire, grow members personally professionally.
-Share business tips/tools/information that will help us grow personally/professionally
-Events/classes that you are having that all members and their friends could attend. (limit to one email a month, per event)
-A chance to share Savvy Moms Network chapter specific extra events that members have collaberated together on.
-Events pertaining to moms or kids that we could attend around the valley.
-Notify us of events where they may be looking for donations, vendors tables, volunteers, charity drives, etc.
-Ask for help on a problem you are trying to solve personally or professionally. -Ask members for a referral you may be in need of (personally or professionally).
-Emails that share resources, and information. -Send questions to the group that seeks guidance, suggestions, information that will help support you personally/professionally.
-If sending your business related information, it must pertain to the business that you are registered with Savvy Moms Network. -Emails used to pass on useful information and resources that will help support the working mom in personal and professional related areas.
Emails that will be rejected, are:
-Joke emails/chain emails, etc. -Emails that limit the group’s success, such as emails that are: negative, disempowering, threatening, caddy, judgmental, critical, blaming, etc.
Note: Savvy Moms Management reserves the right to reject emails and remove members from this Yahoo group if it is determined that the correspondence does not agree with the group’s mission and vision.
