STOCKING STUFFER SALE

At this time of year many visitors to my studio or craft show booth are
buying small items as stocking stuffers. Bottle stoppers, spurtles and
dibbers are the most popular, and for a limited period of time, internet
customers can take advantage of my 'three for the price of two' offer.
You can buy three bottle stoppers (maple, cherry or oak) for just 16.90
USD, three spurtles for 19.90 USD, three 4" dibbers for 16.50 USD, or
one of each for 17.75 USD.

This offer ends Sunday 8 December, so with Christmas just around the
corner, avoid the crowds at the Mall and get your shopping done today
from the comfort of home:

SPECIAL NEWSLETTER FOR WOODTURNERS

I have recently started writing an e-mail newsletter just for
woodturners. It will include news items about woodturning, new products,
book reviews, tips and advice.

To get your free subscription, send a blank e-mail to

THE WOODTURNING YEAR

2002 has been another busy year for me, and explains why this is only
the second newsletter I have sent. The bottle stopper wedding favors
have proved to be a popular gift for brides looking for something
unique, personalized and handcrafted. They are also perfect for a wine
themed wedding, or one held in a vineyard.

There were lots of visitors to the studio this summer, and the tourist
season extended well into October. The craft show season is has been
going well, and I am doing my last show this weekend, at the Nova Scotia
Agricultural College in Truro.
