HELLO FROM YOUR EDITMASTER
Spring is in the air, or at least there appears to be a sizable
springing out from the recession that seemed to envelope us this past
fall and winter. I'm not sure if it was the good feel of the
Olympics or just the balmy days of late for many of us here in the
Nation's capital, but I am definitely beginning to see more
companies reopening their pockets, and a small but noticeable return
to the wondrous times we had less than a year ago.
That is not say that we should still tread cautiously, but that more
emphasis should be placed on performance and delivery, and less on
talk and long-range forecasting. No one hates being in survival mode
more than I. Especially at the expense of not having the time to
offer one's knowledge and experience to assist those less
fortunate.
Let's spring forward and conquer whatever demons possessed us. I
wish you all success and a stress-free 2002.

software applications. I've also turned a new leaf and begun to
rate the places I've been the way I see them. It may invoke some
wrath, but each review is based on my personal testing and evaluation
and not derived from testimonials, demos, or limited access. Each
