HELLO FROM YOUR EDITMASTER


A year has passed and this once prolific writer and trainer seems to
have almost vanished off the face of this earth. Suffice it to say,
a major change in my personal life caused me to seriously alter my
priorities and responsibilities. Now, more than a year since that
fateful event, my mind and body are showing signs of a great
recovery, and the enthusiasm to publish this newsletter has
returned. However, you will note that this issue says
"Summer" instead of a particular month. Until the market
changes like the heydays of 2000-2001, it's probable that most HR
professionals are more concerned with their careers than exploring
innovative sourcing techniques. Hence, I will endeavor to search out
and find all these goodies and package them up into four issues per
year.

REVIEWS

This is probably the most important part of this e-zine as it
showcases what I like to call, my killer apps or applications. This
is based on several factors: the WOW affect, robustness, ease of
use, and a low price. On this issue, I am reviewing an Applicant
Tracking System for small and mid-market segments of the
staffing/recruiting/consulting industry, and a Resume Search/Capture
and Communicate system for any recruitment operation.

everything I ever expected or wanted in an Applicant Tracking
System. It's been free to use thus far and will be going live as
an online ASP on July 1st. But check out the monthly price, the

yourself and you will be as amazed and WOWed as I am I am
