Our moving truck is available to all our clients as well as local non-profit groups.

In order to schedule your use of our moving truck, please follow these directions.

1. Availability. Sign in to our yahoo group and view the calendar. Click on the “sign in” link. The Yahoo! ID is stellarguest. The Pssword is movingtruck. Click “Sign In”. A menu is on the left. Click “Calendar” and confirm the date(s) you want is/are available. If your date(s) is/ are available continue to the next step.

2. Complete The Paperwork. All individuals driving our truck must submit a copy of their valid drivers license and insurance card. Additionally, Instructions need to be read and a Rental Agreement signed. If all drivers have previously completed the above mentioned items you may skip to Step 3. Documents may be faxed, emailed, or dropped of in person so long as we receive them before keys are released. The office fax is 303-442-4883. The Instruction and Rental Agreement document is available through the menu. Click the “files” link and open the document called Instructions and Rental Agreement. Read the Instructions and Rental Agreement. You may continue to Step 3 before documents are turned in to our office.

3. Request and Confirm Your Date(s). Contact our office to request your date(s). You can do this by posting a message through our Yahoo group. Use the menu on the left and click “post” under the heading “Messages”. You can also contact us by phone or email. Our office manager will be happy to take your request at 303-442-2144 or email Info@stellarproperties.net. Include your name, who you are (if you are a client or with which non-profit you are with), the best way to reach you, and what date(s) you are requesting. Our office will contact you.

4. Coordinate to Pickup and Drop Off. Keys are available during business hours by appointment or by lockbox in the evenings and over the weekend.
