Where do the externals template files go on the subj. system?

Refer to"Placement of Files on a Hard Drive", pages 7 and 8 of the IT
Development Guide (/Applications/Supercard 4.63/Internals Toolbox/IT Development
Guide.pdf). The location specified for "SuperCard Externals" doesn't exist.
