As a matter of fact, I think I took a few pictures of it back when I working for
the AUNW and making one of our rare trips to Llano.  Not sure I scanned all of
them, but I will see what I have and send them to your email address.  It make
take me awhile, but I will see if I have some more slides of it that I haven't
scanned yet and scan them as well for you.  --RJ--

old box car off the line up near Llano? Looks like an old wood framed car. Would
be a fair hike along the row from Llano, on private property and probably
Rattler country.

Anyone know for sure when the A&NM was broadgauged? I've seen references from 1881 to 1901. Did narrow gauge make it to LLano? David Coates San Antonio...

      A&NW went from narrow gauge to standard (4'-8 1/2") on 10/1/1891       The extension from Fairland to Llano was completed June 7Th 1892. ...
