I created this group so folks can ask any question regarding Real Estate Investing no matter how trivial or as some may think "dumb". THERE ARE NO DUMB QUESTIONS!

We are all here to help each other in any capacity available and most of us have questions. I too will have questions and are here to learn, so I'm just trying to avoid any Super Guru's that knows it all, put everyone down but never has an answer for us.
