Success begins with knowing who you are.
Successful sales consultants owe their achievements to "four pillars
of success."

You must implement and enforce four rules to achieve success and
maintain it.
1.You must know your strengths. No one can do everything equally
well.
"You cannot successfully be a bit of everything." "If you try to
stand for everything, you end up really standing for nothing. You
must stick with your strengths."
2.You must maintain a tight focus.
You most know your strengths, but "the great challenge is to draw
the right conclusions from this knowledge. The focus must remain the
same at all times."
3.You must understand the concept of who you are.
Who you are and what you repersent at work or in the public. You are
not just a label or a marketing campaing. "You are a promise, a
promise that the products you provide have substance, authenticity,
emotional appeal and heritage."
"If you put a fancy ball gown, makeup and lipstick on a dog, it will
still walk like a dog and bark like a dog because, in the end, it is
still a dog."
"To do so would cause you to lose your clear profile, and this loss
of profile to others and their associates would do much greater harm
in the long run than any possible short-term gain."
4.You must develop only habits that support your ideas and focus.
