if her teeth are fine and she's been wormed i'd say put her on a high fat grain, or ad a couple ounces of wheat germ oil or corn oil to her regular grain....

Also you might try working her up hill at a flatwalk, then dogwalk back down the hill. Doesn't have to be steep. That ususally squares one, and helps them...
