Our software has been built from scratch. It deals with geoscientific
interpretation such as sediemnetology, biostratigraphy, petrophysics,
seismic interpretation (2D/3D), geostatistics, GIS, Geology... Our
niche of market are LandMark Geographix, Schlumberger Petrel, Gocad,
Geoplus-Petra, SMT kingdom-Suite to enumarate a few. All these are
softwares that do almost the same thing we do with our's. It is a
modular software and prices range from 2,000 US$ to around 40,000US$
per license (these prices are very competetive). We have spent almost
14 years on the development. It is done on the microsoft .NET
platform with the Visual C++ Language. Thus a pretty modern
interface, very stable and with fast algorithms.
What we need is a partner that helps on financing, and supporting our
sale and marketing strategy efforts. We want to expand our national
market and get into international market.
We offer to potential investor a 40 % share, we will
cofound a company that will deal with the software development and
sales (this company can be established in Venezuela or in the US.
