Welcome all subscribers to Tikvah News, the newsletter for Tikvah Organics.

It has been a long time since our last update. We did very well at the
Organic Trade Association conference, All Things Organic, in Chicago in May
2004. Business was building and orders were piling up. Then I got
pregnant: I gave birth to a beautiful girl, Miriam Elizabeth, in February
2005. I also got married in August 2005 and changed my name from Cyndi
Norman to Cyndi Norwitz. As you can imagine, business wasn't my first
priority. But now my daughter is nearly 10 months old, I've hired new
employees, and we're back in production.

As of today, we're able to sell again! There are plenty of bar soaps
available: castile, calendula, and lavender oatmeal. We also have North
Safety respirator masks, replacement filters, 3M masks (carbon (for
chemical exposures) and plain (for soapmaking and dust)), and various
Organic Essentials products. We are out of stock on shampoo and liquid
hand soap, and it will be a while before we're in production again for
those.

For our manufacturing clients, we have small amounts of liquid soap base
(coconut and castile) available for samples. We will be starting
production on the larger amounts (5 gallon pails) in the next couple of
weeks, when we get some necessary equipment.
