wins.
Seriously though, if you don't have an Iron Clad Contract, get some legal
representation. It is about the only way to get an insurance company to pay.
So what were the details surrounding this? Were the guy wires interlaced, or
did one structure fall on the other? I would think this would be an
open/shut case of contractor liability. A similar incident happened here in
Corpus Christi about 15 years ago at an AM radio station. One tower was
being removed, lost the load, dropped the tower and caught the other as
well. AM station got two new towers out of it.
