You have got to start hiring better people! How did they drop 2 towers?
Didn't someone notice the first one when it came down?
Obviously, the company who did the work is liable. But so is everyone
involved in the project. What exactly is your involvement in this? What were
your duties? Were you the project management company hired by the owner to
hire the GC and the job done? If so, you have quite a bit of liability. Did
you properly vet the GC? Did you check their insurance information? How much
insurance did they have? How much do you have?
How much damage was done?
And MOST important, did anyone get hurt? If so, screw liability and make
sure they are ok and their family is ok.
