Subject: [Tower-pro] re; blast some steam

talk about losing faith in the industry i've 20+ yrs in the industry and have
made enemys as well as alot of friends and yes i've made mistakes and i blame no
one but my self for them but i was recently laid off from a company that iwas
employed for almost 4 yrs and never went home all butt hurt cryin about
something stupid and than call back 1 month later kissin ass to get my job back
and they always hired them back and a few months later they would quit again now
what steams my ass it was all about money so i was let go after they found out
the safety man was whacking off in the womans bathroom (yes i said it) and for
futher more they sub a job out a few months back to another to stack a 250' ss
well they had a crane on site for 5 full days and they were told that they were
doing a shit job but choose not to believe there own employees and go to a golf
terminate instead when they got back the crane was still there and one of the
project managers was running around telling the client that they were fired and
that we would have antenna's and lines up that night it was 4:oo pm and they
just finished stacking the tower and no wave guide ladder was up this was in
nov. so not much daylight was left i told him that and was asked "you need a
waveguide ladder to hang lines?" so maybe some of you can tell me how they can
save money don't worry about me i'm working for someone else and not in the
towers anymore and hope to stay out of it i said yrs ago the industry has gone
to hell in a hand basket and they took all the fun out of a dangerous job stay
safe and use that safety equip. it only works if you use it
