Thank you for your interest in the CTI list. However, this list stopped operating as of the end of August 2011. For that reason, no new members are being accepted and no new messages will be posted. This list will not be shut down and existing members will continue to have access to the files and archives.

A new list has been established and many of the members of this list have moved to the new list. The new list is CTD Pros, which stands for Coaching, Training and Development Professionals. If your interests include coaching, training and development, I encourage you to join the new list.
