Job Description –
1. To handle learning & development initiatives and leadership
development for Group Companies.
2. Responsible for training delivery for all employees in
Corporate Center
3. To be a Training resource for the Group Companies.
Educational Qualifications: – MBA HR
Experience: - No of years – 8 – 15 years
Location – Mumbai
Position reports to Sr. VP – Corp. HR and Management Development)
CTC : 12- 18 LACS +
2) Designation Asst./Dy. Manager – Corporate HR
Job Description –
Consolidation and analysis of training needs
Fixing the training calendar, keeping in mind the training needs
gathered through PMS process and designing cutting edge need based
training interventions
Facilitating and coordinating training delivery in terms of
To set up suitable MIS to capture training coverage and learning
imparted.
Evaluation of training programs
Educational Qualifications: – MBA or Post Graduate degree in Human
Resources Management
Experience :-
• No of years – 2- 3 years
Industry choice if any - any corporate training department or
training center
Location – Mumbai
Position reports to DGM – Organizational Learning
