This is a simming site for the USS Khitomer NCC 22972-A. She is a Galaxy Class Dreadnaught vessel. Her captain is Devon Nekkar and her first officer is John Sheriden. The USS Khitomer has been assigned a rather unique mission, a 'first-of-its-kind.'

The Federation and the Ferengi have struck a deal. The Ferengi have an abandoned spaceport on the edge of their space. Twenty-five years ago, the spaceport was 'overrun.' Everyone died. The Ferengi made a couple failed attempts at reopening the spaceport, then they contacted the Federation. The Ferengi are allowing the Federation transit rights, to come in and explore their space, if they will patrol that same area. The USS Khitomer is in the process of reopening the spaceport, which will act as a hub for all its exploration and adventures.
