We are hoping to have it uploaded soon. If you can’t wait,
do a Google book search first to locate one, (they are out there, but you may
have to wait until a bookseller picks up on your keyword searches) or try one
of the many other international book selling sources:

Hello,
I'm trying to find the book by Charles R. Allen "the
instructor, the man and the job" to study the origins of Lean (being a
young Lean coach in my service company, in France). I've seen that you tryied
to upload it on SME's web site but that you're lacking space.
Is the book available elsewhere (even in printed form, I'm
ready to buy it as a used version if it's not too expensive) in electronic
format or other?
