1. Absolutely NO flaming. Flaming is displaying a lack of respect, berating or being hateful. You may not discipline other members, send snide remarks, or behave unprofessionally. If you have any problems with a member, contact a moderator.

2. Advertising is not allowed. Only posts that are in regards to event that virtual professionals may benefit from are allowed, but MUST be approved first. You may promote your business in your signature line only. If in doubt, request approval!

3. Signature lines must be kept to a minimum. It may not be more than 6-7 lines.

4. Must have your email preferences set to Individual Mail or Daily Digest.

Anyone violating list rules may be removed or put on moderation.
