I got the problem solved with a bit of help from Keith at Industrial CNC. Turns out it was the 12v power supply. My only issue now is my proximity switches,

I have no lose connections. But I also replaced the board & nothing changed. The support at Vortech (Industrial CNC), have me making changes in Mach3. I dont

It sounds a lot like the control board or loose wiring. Check the connections at the board. Make sure they are all tight. Tom From:
