Data Architect, Requisition 51800:
Educational Outreach has an outstanding opportunity for a Data Architect to join
an experienced project-oriented team tasked with developing several
highly-visible and mission-critical enterprise systems, including a financial
management application and a data warehouse, for use by the organization and our
partners. This is a unique opportunity for a Data Architect to take a holistic
view of the Educational Outreach data needs and develop Enterprise Architecture
standards for the data domain and lead in the governance process to influence
projects to adhere to guidelines established. In this role, the Data Architect
is responsible for the design and development of relevant data through the sound
use of data modeling techniques and practices as well as creating and managing
meta-data. The Data Architect is directly responsible for the creation and
maintenance of the data model. The candidate will build conceptual, logical, and
physical database models to
support the transactional processing and analytical requirements of the
application.
The Data Architect is responsible for the development of architectural framework
artifacts including database designs, data dictionaries, and other supporting
documentation. The candidate will play a senior role in developing and
maintaining a mission critical financial system used by UWEO staff and campus
partners.
The Data Architect will be the go to person responsible for data security and
integrity. They will develop, maintain, and implement policies and procedures
that ensure the security and integrity of the organization's development, test,
and production databases in accordance with campus data security standards. Will
also be required to analyze the organizations requirements and processes, and
work within the company's standards to accomplish the organization's goals and
objectives.
Senior Web Developer, Requisition 51395:
The Senior Web Developer will work with a team of developers and other technical
staff to develop custom ASP.NET Web applications, implement new and existing Web
sites using Ektron CMS, and support strategic IT initiatives, and support the
development of high value internal business applications. The Web Developer will
be involved with implementing dynamic, data driven designs for new Web sites as
well as existing Web sites. Work is to include developing complex Web forms,
internal and external Web sites, and Web-based interfaces for existing
enterprise business applications.
