A list for all railfans and modelers interested in the Washington, Idaho and Montana Ry. The WI&M was built by the Potlatch Lumber Company in 1906 and 1907 to connect their mill at Potlatch, Idaho with Palouse City, Washington and Bovill, Idaho. The WI&M was sold to the Milwaukee Road in 1962 and has since been owned by BN and BNSF. The Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad still operates a portion of the WI&M today.

This list is open to anyone who wants to share information or questions on the WI&M. All eras are welcome as is modeling information. I don't expect this to be a high traffic list, but stick with us and hopefully we'll all learn something.
