A travel piece on the Greater Kenosha Area is scheduled to air June 21
and 22 on television stations throughout the region. The Kenosha Area
shines in a half-hour episode of Discover Wisconsin, entitled "The
Greater Kenosha Area: One Great Lake, Countless Great Times". The
show is designed to entice viewers to visit the Kenosha Area and
experience for themselves the many "countless great times" they
can find here.

Discover Wisconsin is a syndicated television program that promotes
vacation destinations in Wisconsin. The Kenosha Area episode showcases
numerous area attractions and recreational opportunities in stunning and
vibrant color. Among the show's highlights are Kenosha's
Electric Streetcars, Charter Fishing on Lake Michigan, Kenosha History
Center, Southport Light Station, Kenosha Public Museum, Bristol
Renaissance Faire, Jelly Belly Center, and much more.

The episode will air in the Milwaukee market on Sunday, June 22 at 9
a.m. on Channel 6 (FOX) and in the Chicago market on Saturday, June 21
at 10 a.m. on Comcast SportsNet. Discover Wisconsin TV is broadcast
throughout the Midwest on a combination of network, cable, and satellite
stations. The Kenosha Area is also featured as a Choice Wisconsin
Destination on the Discover Wisconsin web site:
www.DiscoverWisconsin.com.

This episode first aired in Spring 2006. It is available for $5 in DVD
format at various Kenosha retail outlets, including Andrea's (2401
– 60th St.), Kenosha History Center (220 – 51st Pl.), Kenosha
Public Museum (5500 First Ave.), and Pollard Gallery (518 – 56th
