Dear ORC members,
The final report from the WREGIS Operational Rules Committee - WREGIS Interim Operating Rules: Functional Requirements has been released. It can be found on the Documents page of the WREGIS website: http://www.westgov.org/wieb/wregis/documents.htm.
This report is a revision to the ORC report released on May 4, 2004. During May and June, the ORC developed recommendations for the Tier 2 issues identified in the May report, and these recommendations are included in the attached report. This report, as with the May report, incorporates WREGIS Working Group review comments.
