THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY is excitement and sizzle as well as the long awaited debut of high def and low cost lap tops.
hdtv broadcast cut over date - - "After February 17, 2009, full-power television stations will broadcast in digital only." not likely to get chuck reed re-elected. this time el observador got there first with "television digital un paso adelante y otro atras" . the fcc has prepared the digital television transition a complete schedule for those interested in the details. The suggested high def television of the new year is Panasonic TH-46PZ850 46" 1080p High Definition Plasma TV. our most surprising really low cost lap top was the aseus laptop at target for $200. with a lot of room to negotiate in between. here are some recommendations. solid state replacing hard drives has everybody ready to plan a new computer and silicon valley companies are still trying to catch up with the monumental leap achieved with the apple - iphone .

new feature every week
MAYOR OF THE WEEK as much as i enjoyed my brief stop over in millbrea for chips and cheese dip at the local mom and pop store, it's the bart success and the new bart to san jose initative that puts Gina Papan back in the drivers seat as mayor of the week. not to be confused with rite aid [where the dick cheney family shops], the local mom and pop are always helpful in telling people where to find the enormous SamTrans Connections to BART hub that makes millbrea a place worth stopping at, yet not for very long. my fun was finding the odd little downtown "Old Town" area with shops that have refused to get bought out.
NEW FEATURE EVERY WEEK - - this week's feature is what's the point of doing anything other than attending macworld and the consumer electronics show. it's not really that great with the post bush economy in the sewer like everything else. consumers are really feeling the problem if they want the latest technology they might need to wait a few years. what's up at macworld and the consumer electronics show this year is a lot of old ideas and fairly uninteresting problems that should have been solved. for example apple has yet to come up with a new product announcement every week. oracle is the Dominican force for business computing and it continues to be a migration to work in a computer environment. i think [and correct me if i'm wrong] it's going to be macworld and consumer electronics show for the masses. samsung tried again to compete with the apple iphone and didn't make the grade. digital television and computing display will really change everything however it's only a few weeks away and most people don't need new computer and television hardware. who needs it? post comments to news news needs to be new (sm) on facebook. the winners of the big grand prize drawing for a new kind of video game ended up yet again this week - - everybody's a woman. look at what that philosophy did to george bush and the republican party this past election. i'll credit el observador with getting there first with a great comic. that's not chuck reed is it?
