- Knowledge of business
- Knowledge and experience in full systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and related deliverable work products
- Matured business analysis techniques
- Expert in PeopleSoft Time & Labor, minimally Release 8.3, including upgrades
- Proficient in Time and Labor rules, TL Security, rules and related customizations, test steps, scenario cases and test execution
- Experienced in supporting Service Center operations model
- Ability to lead development activities and manage user acceptance, remediation and post production support

Secondary or Optional Skills |
- Cognos reporting, PeopleSoft tools, including workflow, business process design knowledge preferred.

- Analyze business needs and recommend complex systems solutions to meet them
- Lead and contribute to multiple projects that are large in scope, cross-functional, involve combinations of platforms and technologies and require coordination of multiple staff to complete
- Document solution requirements and advise on implementation of developed solutions
- Provide consultation and guidance to client and development management and staff in all phases of system development and implementation process
- Provide comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of the project development cycle.
- Prepare business requirement reports, feasibility studies, and cost projections
- May act as project leader with coordinating responsibilities for staff and other resources
