PeopleSoft Developer (Permanent position)

This position is part of the team tasked with implementing the
PeopleSoft v8.x HR/Benefits/Payroll
Interface for. Post implementation, it will roll into the team, which
supports the environment (i.e. maintenance, enhancements,
upgrades) on
an on-going basis.

3+ years People Soft Tools experience. Good understanding of
PeopleSoft HR application. Version 8 knowledge a plus.5+ years
experience working on large HR/Benefits/Payroll projects.
Participation on a major PeopleSoft
implementation is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Knows how to work effectively with many and diverse clients.
Understands how and when to arrive at consensus. Has ability and
is
comfortable working in changing and fast-paced environment.
Driven to
deliver results against plan. High ability to add creative value to
team design and problem-solving sessions.

Required Technical Skills:

PeopleSoft Tools v7.x
PeopleSoft HR/Benefits
AIX or UNIX
SQL
Any relational database.

Desired Skills:

PeopleSoft v8.x
Peoplesoft Payroll Interface to ADP
UDB or Oracle.
