Job description: * Identify any errors and make corrections to the
process
* Troubleshoot errors to find technical adjustments that need to be made
* Resolve errors in processing transactions
* Make corrections to core PeopleSoft tables
* Do new plan setup tables as needed
* Update tables with new employee and vendor premiums
* Monitor open enrollment transactions and make necessary coding
changes to update the system at the appropriate time
* Audit automated transactions to ensure accurate eligibility
transactions are moving to Self Service
* Process Benefit Transactions, through Automated PeopleSoft Ben Admin
* Monitor weekly input transactions
* Ensure jobs are run at the appropriate time
* Review and correct all diagnostic messages
* Report processing information to other benefit departments when needed
* Analyze and communicate the impact of Ben Admin changes on the
Authoria Knowledgebase tool
* Provide assistance and support the updating of the knowledgebase tool
* Monitor employee self service transactions to ensure proper updates
to Ben Admin
* Run PeopleSoft Queries) - Produce ad hoc reporting as requested
* Run PeopleSoft queries to provide information to management
* For example, run queries on enrollment within benefit plans in order
to analyze enrollment trends
* Training and Documentation Train other team members on position
accountabilities as assigned by supervisor
* Work with other team members to ensure streamlining similar processes
* Prepare and maintain procedure documentation as changes occur
* Maintain and uphold the strictest confidentiality over payroll,
compensation, and benefit information. Ensure records are tightly
controlled and that information is not shared verbally with any
individual other than those involved in the specific transaction.
Report breaches in this accountability to the supervisor or director.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant customer service-oriented attitude
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with
all levels of restaurant and Central Office management by phone and in
person

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* PeopleSoft Ben Admin experience, preferably in a high-turnover,
high-volume setting
* Strong, working knowledge of PC's.
