PeopleSoft (Student Administration) Staff Consultant / Developer
Job Description:
Senior team member of the PeopleSoft Student Administration technical
staff.
Will work closely with department heads and/or their delegates on
system development, integration, and implementations.
Perform analysis, design, development, and customer support for
PeopleSoft Student Administration (S.A.)
Translate customer needs into functional system requirements.
Mentor other technical resources on development team.
As needed will perform project management, and leadership-related
tasks, and act in a consulting capacity for the team and the
department.
Will participate in strategic and tactical technical decision making
processes with team and department leadership staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computing or related field. Masters degree
and/or advanced technical degree or certification preferred.
10 years professional experience in applications development
including UNIX, SQL, ORACLE, and PeopleSoft.
5 years development experience with PeopleSoft products and a minimum
of two years working with PeopleSoft Student Administration for the
Financial Aid and Student Financials modules.
Higher Education experience required.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with computing
professionals and end-users required.
